Listen closely, and you will here the beat, POW POW POW! The heart of the windy city. What we hold nearest @ dearest. Shooting people is our passion. It is our soul. 2nd to no other attraction or activity in @ around our fair city. Business hours are extremely accommodating, very flexible, 365-24-7. We are never closed. Business-BOOMING!(get it?). BRIEF INTERLUDE - AAUUGGHH ! intermission

  My dog died yesterday. Saw my ex with her new boytoy. He was wearing my shoes. Filed for bankruptcy, again. IRS has a hitman looking for me. The banks foreclosed my home, again. What to do with my 90 something mummy @ da. They repossessed my 1996 Olds 98 with only 3 payments  to go. Sleeping at PADS tonite. It's not so bad. My boss won't return my calls. It's been 6 weeks, maybe I'm unemployed ? Applied for a LINK card, I was denied. The cigarette store stopped carrying my brand, $3/pack. Holes in my socks, shoues, @ underwear. Jay Cutler is still a Chicago Bear, the deepest cut of all. Saw my daughter out walking, she crossed to the other side of the street. My priest pretended not to know me in line at the Salvation Army Surplus Store. 

Moral of the story, "When it rains, put on the galoshes".

JURY DUTY 12-5-16 summoned ; 
  Irony. 11 years to the day my da shot ma. You  have got to be kidding? No coincidences. YEAH Johnny ! Bring down our next contestant ! The world does have a sense of humor. Hallmark moments, Christmas memories for all my family to rejoice during the holiday season. 
  Long story short, the charge is attempted murder. The defendant shoots his neighbor 6 times. The guy lives. Slamdunk-no brainer- guilty !
(SIDEBAR- both victim @ shooter, scumbags, yes). To be redundant, how do scumbags get their hands on guns, so readily, so easily ? EZ as a pack of smokes, hell, easier. The gun, a 357 Magnum. How did the guy live ? Can happen to anyone, right ? 

  The media assholes, the progs, the gops, @ seemingly everybody. has become indifferent to violence on our streets. Emotionally no different than violence on TV, the news, @ video games(video games should be banned). We are no longer the land of the brave, home of the free. We are the land of ambivalence, home of the coward. And the MA's love violence, good ratings, ya see ? The media is certain to be run by Satan. Politicians do not give a rat's ass, for if they did, the state of things would be radically different. Way too many citizens are asleep at the wheel(white suburbanites for starters). Ambivalence is our motto. Nobody cares. 

THE TRIAL ; 
   Yes, pull trigger 6 times against weaponless victim, guilty, no brainer. The defendant got dissed on the street by victim thus(whoooo), establishing motive. Being neighbors offers opportunity. Leaving your home with a loaded 357 magnum while victim is across the street suggests premeditation(put me on TV, for now I sound as the voice of reason, the voice of justice ! Give it to baby ! come on !). The shooter(for lack of better word) got beaten up by victim cuz the shooter was screwing the victim's wife, while said victim was in the joint himself ! 
 (SIDEBAR - I am certain the vic's wife is a prom queen, princess of the ball ! thinkin', just spittballin', said wife should probably be thrown into a river. just speculation, i'm not sayin', i'm just sayin').  
   Shooter is humiliated on the streets. beaten up. girlfriend now gone. So naturally he shoots the vic 6 times with a 357 magnum ! and who wouldn't? could happen to anyone, right? And the vic lives cuz the shooter is now an ALL-TIME LOSER ! 
  Victim not exactly a choirboy, having just got out of the joint himself. 

MY VERDICT - round up all 3, put them in a bag, @ throw them into a river. the world would be a better place. The underbelly of our species. Of course, i did not say any of this out loud. Another day of paradise in the Windy City. Don't think these 3 will be out collecting for the Red Cross anytime soon. 

THE VERDICT - 3 hour deliberation. 3 days in court. GUILTY -  easy.

12-5-05 ;
   Papa shoots momma. So inevitably, on this day of all days, 11 years to the day, i am summoned to jury duty. The charge is attempted murder, of course it is. Gun violence, naturally. Hallmark memories of my families' past, so ridiculously dysfunctional, it literally makes me ill. 
  Papa shoots mom. Mom lives, barely. the after effect is dementia and living as an invalid. Thank you, papa, you prick ! Daddy beats an attempted murder rap and walks away free from any criminal prosecution. He has 2 versions of the events of that night. In my eyes, this means guilty as sin. But that's just me. i mean literally, just me. Dysfunctional beyond. 

VERSION #1 - 
   An accident. sure. could happen to anyone, right? just as long you have a loaded gun in your hand, sure. 
   Papa knows how to handle a gun. why in the name of JC, does he have a loaded gun in his hand, when at home alone with my mother? Still a mystery. never explained adequately. 
  Could happen to anyone, right? not me, but you catch my drift. Guns are made to be used. Accident, ya see? and mom gets shot in the chest missing her heart by an inch. mom gets shot, not daddy, of course. 
  knowing my mother, she wishes that bullet hit her heart. for she has been an invalid ever since. 

VERSION #2 - 
   Papa gonna blows his brains out. My 80 year old mother has the strength to wrestle the gun away, saving daddy. But, alas, the trigger is pulled, and mom takes a bullet in the chest. Mom, not daddy, of course. One of those things, ya see? could happen to anyone. not me, but you get the picture. 
  knowing my mother, if she could do it all over again, she would allow the mother fucker to blow his brains out. 

PSA- to all who are planning on killing yourself relatively soon, via rope, pills, trains, or blowing your brains out. Go to the woods, go to the forest preserve, blow your fucking brains out and leave everybody else the fuck alone. 

MY VERSION ; 
    Papa is a compulsive liar. This is a case of murder/suicide. Daddy pops mom cuz he is a psychopath. Realizing what he has done, he loses his balls in the process, does not shoot himself, of course not, and calls 911. 

AND GETS AWAY WITH ATTEMPTED MURDER. everything in my heart screams this is what happened.

   My family, not exactly The Waltons. The world does have a wicked sense of humor. Irony abounds. This event and subsequent events following pertaining to my family can and does make me literally sick. There is no closure. Closure happened when my father pulled the trigger leaving my mother an invalid. 
   How did I not kill him ?

   Not as warm, nor accepting. Not as tolerant, colder. Less faith in the human race. 
   Seemingly, all of our major institutions, court system, political system, our capitalist society, @ mostly the lying SOB's in the asshole media are ruled by Satan. All business, all of our government bodies, are being run by Satan. 
   By Satan, I mean evil, corrupt, chaos. Where truth, good, and justice are tossed into the scrap heap. Our nation has become indifferent, cowardly, Full of conflict, full of hate mongers, full of violence as an acceptable part of life. 

   The greatest trick the devil ever accomplished was convincing the human race he does not exist.  Chaos rains. All this is run by the devil. But, alas, however, upon further review, I AM NOT !!!

   For I, yes I, even me, am a CHILD OF GOD !!!  and evil cannot touch me. The devil cannot touch me. For he is a liar, a piece of crap, a fucking coward, nothing. 
   For I am never alone. Jesus is with me always, even to the ends of time. How do I know this ? HE TOLD ME SO. I am a CHILD OF GOD, I am blessed, and the kingdom of heaven is found within @ all around me. For I believe with the HEART OF A CHILD. Therefore, I have life, more abundantly, everlasting.

As good as anything in this era. This band, 2nd to none. Honestly, I think this band was a gift from heaven. The original band was with us for such a short period of time, @ their body of work is staggering. Ronnie Van Zant, lead songwriter @ lead singer was a musical genius. Tragically, he and several other band members were killed in a plane crash Oct. 1977.
